Comprehensive Pharmacy Services Appoints Gentry Hughes Executive Vice President, Development

Memphis, TN – September 3, 2014: Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS), the
nation's largest pharmacy services provider today announced the appointment of
Gentry Hughes as Executive Vice President, Development. Hughes will be
responsible for leading the company's national and regional accounts and
channel relationships.

"Gentry brings an invaluable combination of healthcare leadership and sales
experience, making him uniquely suited for this new position with the CPS team,"
said Don Nickleson, chief executive officer and president of CPS. "He has a
thorough understanding of the needs of larger and regional hospitals systems to
improve financial, clinical, quality and care performance, making him an asset to
our organization and to the health systems we serve."

Gentry is a healthcare industry veteran, and is joining CPS from a 15 year career
at GE Healthcare, where he spent the last five years as head of the company's
U.S. Clinical System Sales and Marketing Division. He's held leadership
positions at Symphony Health Services, Harlan Laboratories and Dynavox. He
attended the University of Kentucky and completed his graduate studies at
Marquette University.
